I didn’t get information until next morning on why I stayed overnight. It was a planned day care operation.

Very good care I understand that it was late when operation finished. So no other improvements.

I was given good care and attention friendly medical team.

Well run and very clean ward. All staff were polite, friendly and cared about the person and not just the health problem.

I feel like there should be a menu for stoma patients which follow the advice from the stoma nurses.

I believe all answers to be true, everyone was exceptional.

Every interaction by it the sisters urses doctors, I was always treated with respect and compassion especially when I first came in. also I now have so much more report for the front line staff (big shout to the staff on Ash ward. Especially sister Anna.

Some night staff I found were not as attentive as others. During the day, normally staff I did not see on a day to day.

I am not sure if its ward or doctors but I missed my slot due to not being informed properly about having a guide wise.
